Open Water Swimming at Foxlake in a safe and secure environment!
Whether you are a beginner to the sport, training for your first event or possibly even in training for an endurance triathlon, the lake at Foxlake will cater to your needs.
Our sessions allow swimmers to train in a controlled environment, so you can focus on your session without worrying about tides or currents. The lake allows for a 300m loop that all swimmers will follow, with a safety SUP and further staff supervision from shore.
SWIM SESSION INFO
Age restriction: 10 years +
Swimming ability: must be able to swim at least 1 lap unaided (300 metres)
Equipment required: Swimming cap (mandatory), wetsuit (optional, can be hired), goggles (optional)
Thursdays evenings: 6pm-7.30pm
(5.30pm-7pm From 3rd Sep)
Saturday mornings: 7.30am-9.00am
(8.30am-10am from 5th Sep)
5 or 10 Swim session passes available
£6.00 per person
